FAQ

Are the hats 100% handmade?

Yes. Each hat is handcrafted in small batches in China, then carefully assembled and customized in our studio. Every piece tells its own story. No two hats are ever the same.

What are the maetrials used?

Each hat starts from a carefully selected straw base lightweight and breathable. From there, every piece is brought to life with hand-applied charms and details that vary from cotton and paper to plastic, giving each hat its own unique story and personality. Because we believe that character lies in the details.

How do I know my size or how to measure my head? Are the hats adjustable?

Yes, all our hats are adjustable. Each hat comes with a discreet velcro strap inside the crown, allowing it to comfortably fit most head sizes from as small as 55 cm up to 60 cm. With a bit of gentle stretching, some styles can even accommodate up to 61 cm.

To find your size, simply measure the circumference of your head about 2–3 cm above your eyebrows (or roughly one finger width). Wrap a soft measuring tape around your head at this point , that’s your hat size!

Every head is unique. That’s why our hats are designed to meet you where you are.
